Our services begin with the creation of an accurate energy flow model of your space which will be used as the guide to build your Net Zero home. (In California, this is known as Title-24 documentation, CF1R.)
We specialize in the creation of detailed indoor climate plans as directed by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA Manuals J, S, D and T), specifying correctly sized fresh-air, heating and cooling systems (HVAC). Our custom designs include ducting and register plans to distribute fresh, conditioned (heated or cooled) air around your home in the most effective and efficient manner.
We work closely with your contractor and subcontractors (framers, insulation, and HVAC installers) throughout the construction process to ensure the highest quality installation and provide on-site quality assurance and commissioning for all air and enclosure systems. Quality assurance and commissioning services are provided through any of the following systems: US Energy Star, Home Energy Rating System (HERS), Build It Green Green Point Rated and Building Performance Institute (BPI) specifications.
